Parent / Admin
Full family management and access. Parents control what other family members can see and can change permissions at any time.
Grandparent
Privacy-first shared access. Additional access to photos, documents, planner or medical details is only available when a Parent/Admin chooses to share it.
Childminder / Carer
Limited day-to-day access for routines, Sleep and Food & drinks. They can add their own care entries and contribute a photo to Family Feed, but cannot browse existing family photos or private family information unless a Parent/Admin grants access.
